RSP-BlogsEs gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #73 (Zeitraum: 25.03. bis 08.04.).
Diesmal mit gleich zwei Projekten aus Deutschland. Zunächst finanziert der System Matters Verlag die Übersetzung des Horror-Rollenspiel Dread. Dieses eher erzählerische Rollenspiel sticht durch die Verwendung eines Wackelturm als Eskalationsmechanik vor, und hat einen Blick verdient. Ich selbst konnte da nicht widerstehen. Daneben startet mit Schwarzkalten ein, wie der Autor es nennt, interaktiver Brief-Roman. Ich denke „Brief-Spielbuch“ umschreibt das Konzept recht gut, und bin zumindest versucht einzusteigen.
Hinsichtlich der fremdsprachigen Rollenspiele habe ich die portugiesische Plattform Catarse entdeckt, und die Projekte gelistet. Gerade Áureos, ein Spiel bei dem man Capoeira-Kämpfer spielt, wirkt faszinierend. Bei den spanischen Projekten sticht für mich 1800: El Ocaso de la Humanidad hervor. Aufgrund der coolen Illustrationen sowie der Beschreibung. Nun und bei den schwedischen könnte Neotech Edge einen Blick wert sein, immerhin liebäugeln die Autoren mit einer englischen Übersetzung.
Zurück zu den Englischen Rollenspielen, bieten die letzten zwei Wochen mehr als reichlich. Mit Familiars of Terra gibt es ein supersüß gestaltetes fantastisches Fantasy Rollenspiel, das neben vielen putzigen Tieren auch noch interessante Story Game Mechaniken bietet. Mit diesen kann auch The King is Dead, rund um eine Thronnachvolge, von Vincent und Meguey Baker, aufwarten, sowie das PbtA-Spiel Wingless, welches sich mit Engeln beschäftigt.
Natürlich sollte hier auch Uprising nicht unerwähnt bleiben ein Fate basiertes System, welches das Setting von Social Deduction-Spielen wie The Resistance, Coup, und One Night Revolution ins richtige Rollenspiel überführt. Nun, und wo wir bei Science Fiction sind, ich finde Battlecruiser Alamo RPG hat ebenso einen Blick verdient. Es ist ein weiteres Spiel der Era-Systemreihe, zu dem zuletzt doch einiges an Sekundär-Material finanziert wurde.
Jenseits der Rollenspiele finde ich die Idee des Graphic Novel Adventures Spielbuch, respektive Spielcomic, super spannend und schaue grad ob ich noch einsteige, schließlich wirkt das Konzept super und die Umsetzung sieht cool aus.
Fans von Torg, dürfen sich auf den Torg: Eternity Ergänzungsband von Ulisses North America freuen. Zudem gibt es mit Dragon-Blooded einen fetten Ergänzungsband zur neusten Edition von Exalted.
Mit den Metaphor Dice kann man ggf. besser im Spiel improvisieren und die Backstory Cards helfen ggf. bei der Hintergrundfindung. Die Wee Beasties machen vermutlich nicht nur dem Rollenspielnachwuchs Spaß und es gibt noch viele weitere spannende Projekte, egal ob Notizbücher, Würfel, Pins,… sogar einige coole Nicht-Direkt-RPG-Spiele schaut einfach selbst:

) Ich bin ich mitunter darauf angewiesen das Ihr, die Leser, mir mitteilt wenn ein neues Projekt startet, das in die Liste passt. Beispielsweise weil ich manchmal Projekte übersehe oder sich Plattformen (Patreon, IndieGoGo, Startnext, …) schlecht durch suchen lassen oder ich sie nicht kenne.
Das Projekt sollte etwas mit Rollenspiel zu tun haben, schon aktiv sein, noch nicht erwähnt und zur nächsten Veröffentlichung noch am laufen.
Wenn man mich anspricht, nehme ich auch gerne Projekte auf, die normalerweise außenvor bleiben (z.B. Veranstaltungen oder Miniaturen bezogene Projekte).
