Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #69 (Zeitraum: 12.02. bis 19.02.).

Über die letzte Woche und damit den Valentinstag sind eine Vielzahl an Projekten gestartet.
Darunter mit Wege der Vereinigungen ein neues Projekt von Ulisses, mit dem Das Schwarze Auge einen Quellenband Rund um die körperliche Liebe in Aventurien erhält. Während es ursprünglich ein April Scherz war, hat sich Axel Spohr mit Experten zusammengesetzt, und ein Buch verfasst, welches das Thema respektvoll und positiv betrachtet. Daneben gibt es eine überarbeitete Fassung des Rahja-Vademecum, ein von Mhaire Stritter eingesprochenes Hörbuch, CDs, Abenteuer (unter anderen Namenlose Nächte) und mehr. Ein Projekt bei dem gerne dabei bin.
Daneben kündigen Erdenstern an ein Wohnzimmerkonzert zu machen, als Vorbereitung für ihr kommendes Crowdfunding.
Auf der Seite der französischsprachigen Crowdfundings finde ich es spannend das mit La Trilogie de la Crasse ein weiteres „Ab 18“ Projekt gestartet ist. Auch wenn sich „Die Trilogie des Schmutz/Abschaums“ mehr mit Horror befasst.
In Hinblick auf die Englischen Projekte bin ich natürlich auch wieder bei Tiny Wastelands dabei. Ich habe schon bei Mecha & Kajius sowie Tiny Fantasy mitgemacht, und bin auf die Post-Apokalyptische Variante, mit vielen Micro-Settings gespannt. Eine klare Empfehlung. Bodycount wiederum ist Cyber Punk/Space Punk Spiel, das mich durch die leicht anarchisch-australische Präsentation im Video begeistert und überlegen läßt ob ich einsteige.
Auf der Seite der Story Games wird die zweite Edition von Summerland finanziert. Das Spiel ist auf das Open D6 System gewechselt und bietet weiterhin ein faszinierendes Setting rund um Trauma-Bewältigung. The Princess Bride wiederum bietet Fans des Kult-Films, sowie des Buchs, ein FUDGE basiertes Rollenspiel, mit dem man wohl auch selbst unvorssstellbare! Abenteuer erleben kann. Mit H. P. Lovecraft Preparatory Academy kann man wiederum dem Cthulhu-Mythos eine humoristische Note abgewinnen. Wobei ein PDQ# basiertes System genutzt wird. Nun und mit Protean gibt es dann ein gänzlich neues System.
Allerdings sind auch die weiteren Projekte spannend. So gibt es einen Ergänzungsband für Traveller, mit einem ganzen Boxset für Element Class Cruisers sowie das erste Ergänzungsbuch für Trudvang mit Stormlands.
Eins der ungewöhnlichsten Projekte ist wohl The Pallid Mask. Nicht weil es ein Abenteuer ist, für Cthulhu. Sondern weil es Tiki-Tassen im „König in Gelb“-Theme gibt. Tiki-Tassen sind wohl sowas wie polinesische Bierkrüge und das ganze fasziniert mich.
Allerdings sind auch die weiteren Abenteuer spannend, die Würfel wirklich hübsch, gibt es erstaunlich viele RPG-Novels, hübsche Kartenprojekte und vieles mehr. Schaut selbst:

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #68, including every tabletop project started between 02.04. till 02.12.

Within the collection you’ll find a PbtA game called Vagabonds of Dyfed. The games combines various mechanics inspired by games like Fate, Blades in the Dark and more, to create an OSR gaming experience. Which sounds interesting. Then there’s Age of Æther combing the Age of Enlightenment with the Industrial Revolution to create a Steampunk Fantasy Setting. Which is supported by a newly developed pool based system. Well, and then there is Quest, which pitches the survivors of a world spanning war against aliens intruders and features a d6 based system. If you are a Fan of Savage Worlds Fans you might like to take a look at Kung Fu Animals – it sounds and looks fun.
Though my personal enthusiasm is focused on Strongholds & Streaming. A book which will help you integrate the titular strongholds – which might be temples and other stuff – into your D&D5E campaign. Plus you’ll support the newest streaming project of Matthew Colville. Well, and you can get gemstone dragons. Am so in… as are many people. Elevating the project to the second most successful tabletop RPG KS!
Yet am at least a bit intrigued by Limitless Encounters 2 as well. It looks well and the concept is cool. Last but not least there’s Page Quest: Season 1. Which, as I have to admit, might be more a boardgame (dungeon crawler) than a tabletop rpg, yet am curious..

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #68 (Zeitraum: 04.02. bis 12.02.).

Hinsichtlich der Projekte gibt es mit Vagabonds of Dyfed ein neues PbtA-Spiel, welches sich hinsichtlich der Mechanik von Fate, Blades in the Dark und anderen Story Games inspirieren lässt, damit jedoch versucht ein OSR-Gefühl zu beschwören. Age of Æther wiederum ist ein Spiel das versucht das Aufklärungszeitalter mit der Industriellen Revolution zu einem historischen Steampunk-Fantasy Setting zu verweben und unterstützt dies durch ein selbst entwickeltes Pool-System. Wohingegen sich bei Quest die Überlebenden eines Weltenkriegs gegen außerirdische Invasoren erwehren. Für Savage Worlds Fans ist wiederum Kung Fu Animals ggf. einen Blick wert.
Hinsichtlich der Ergänzungsbände begeistert mich Strongholds & Streaming sehr. Ein Band der helfen soll, bei D&D5E, entsprechende Festen, Tempel und andere hilfreiche wie eindrucksvolle Bauten zu errichten, und dazu Matthew Colville hinsichtlich (P&P) Streaming-Vorhaben unterstützt. Ich bin begeistert dabei,… und viele andere auch. Weshalb das Projekt derzeit auf Platz 2 der erfolgreichsten Kickstarter steht. Wobei mich die Limitless Encounters 2 durchaus auch versucht sehen.
Nun und dann ist da noch Page Quest: Season 1. Ich muss zugeben das ich nicht ganz sicher bin ob es ein P&P RPG ist, aber ich finds faszinierend genug um es zu erwähnen.
Es gibt darüber hinaus natürlich weitere coole Ergänzungsmaterialien, Abenteuer, Würfel und mehr, aber schaut selbst:

Crowdfunding Collection #67

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #67, including every tabletop project started between 01.28. till 02.04.

The week covered saw a plenty of really cool projects started.
Among the tabletop role-playing games you’ll find Good Society: A Jane Austen Roleplaying Game from the creators of Alas for the Awful Sea. It sees the player assume the roles of characters within Austen-like stories.Vying to reach their goals within the challenges of station and societal rules and expectations. The project is well done, the video presentation is charming and informative, I like the system presented and thus couldn’t resist backing it.
The Keyring RPG manages to put a whole tabletop RPG onto a single key-ring. The game is already done and tested in Sweden, where it got a second edition. The presentation does look interesting and the d6 based system solid. With a more than reasonable price on top I couldn’t resist and backed it.
Next to those you’ll find a new Kickstarter for Spell: The RPG, offering the game with a hardcover book and a really fancy wooden box. It is a project that I got starred for maybe a later pledges..
Then there’s the Trinity: Continuum by Onyx Path, aiming to bringing the Trinity Univers back with a new edition under the Storypath System. While am not yet in for Aeon, I’ve been enticed enough to go for the core book pledge.
Last but not Least there’s Sagas of Midgard an interesting new take on creating a tabletop RPG focusing on north mythology..
Yet, you’ll find other cool projects next to those games. Like the Patreon to support Darker Hue Studios, the creators of Harlem Unbound. Well, or the Revilo Creature Collection which should make a really nice looking source to draw monsters. Am as well fascinated by Dungeon Solitaire, which is a card based (solo) dungeon crawling game. Or the CRYPTEX .. a „wooden dice box enigma“-thingy. There are many more cool projects, just take a look:

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #67 (Zeitraum: 28.01. bis 04.02.).

Diese Woche gibt es eine Vielzahl toller Projekte.
Unter den Rollenspielen bieten die Macher von Alas for the Awful Sea mit Good Society: A Jane Austen Roleplaying Game ein RPG mit dem man die Geschichten von Jane Austen erleben kann, und Versuchen die Ziele seiner Figuren im Kontext von Stand und gesellschaftlichen Zwängen umzusetzen. Das ganze ist so charmant gemacht und hinsichtlich des vorgestellten System, das ich nicht wiederstehen konnte.
Das Keyring RPG schafft es ein ganzes Rollenspiel auf einen Schlüsselring aufzuziehen. Das Spiel ist eher regelleicht und verwendet W6 basiert. Mich persönlich überzeugte die Idee, der Umstand das es eine Übersetzung ist – das heißt in Schweden gibt es bereits zwei Editionen -, die sympathische Präsentation im Video sowie der recht günstige Preis.
Daneben gibt es einen neuen Kickstarter zu dem Spiel Spell: The RPG, wo das Spiel einerseits eine Buch-Version bekommt, andererseits eine ansprechende Holzkiste. Ein Projekt, bei dem ich mir noch überlege einzusteigen.
Daneben schickt sich Onyx Path Publishing mit Trinity: Continuum an das Trinity Universum mit einer neuen Edition, inklusive neuem Storypath System, wiederzubeleben. Das ganze überzeugt mich soweit, das ich zumindest für das GRW dabei bin.
Last but not Least gibt es mit Sagas of Midgard noch einen sehr interessanten Kickstarter-Beitrag zu Rollenspielen welche die nordische Mythologie als Setting nutzen.
Allerdings sind auch die weiteren Projekte interessant. Nach ihrem erfolgreichen Harlem Unbound Kickstarter, kann man Darker Hue Studios nun mittels eines Patreon unterstützen. Die Revilo Creature Collection bietet faszinierende Kreaturen, die man sicherlich auch in seine Kampagne einbauen kann. Dungeon Solitaire erhält einen weiteren Eintrag in Dungeon-Crawling-Karten-Spiele und lockt mich daher. Mit dem CRYPTEX hat man ein Holzspielzeugkisten-Ding das sich vielleicht gut als Handout eignet und es gibt viele andere coolen Projekte, seht selbst:

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #66, including every tabletop project started between 01.21. till 01.28.

In regards of tabletop RPG you’ll find a new entry to the fantasy genre with Ascendant Destiny. The game appears to be focused on a rather heroic, colorful approach to the setting and the system seems quite traditional (d10 poolsystem) without being OSR. Next to that it has some nice illustrations, a charming project in my opinion. League of Seekers on the other hand is a game that took quite some inspiration from Bloodborn, dives into the grimdark times of eighteenhundred and seasons it by inserting some lovecraftian horrors. The base system is „percentile roll under“ though with some intriguing twists. Like a sanity mechanic where the character got to be actually a bit mad to see the horror. The last full tabletop rpg in this list is S̀uen Ikna, a game for whom it’s authors developed a whole new language (including a new alphabet) and which is quite a passion project.
Yet the various other projects are intruiging as well.
Like Seigneury of Borth a French / English project that offers beautiful setting illustrations. Well or the really cool looking dice like PolyHero or Necronomicon or those fancy Sumi coins.
You might choose to support New Agenda Publishing, a new publisher, run by experienced designers like Eloy Lasanta, Misha Bushyagar and Jerry D. Grayson. You could take a look at Elven Lords – a solo adventure for Tunnels and Trolls. If you got kids The Little Game Master childrens book might be worth having a look. Well and if you like games in general,.. I got intruiged by the Bokkel Magazine projects, despite it not being a Choose Your Own Adventure. Well, and if you are in Berlin, and interested in pervasive LARPs, you might like to check out the The Wall 2061 Citygame crowdfundinger.

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #66 (Zeitraum: 21.01. bis 28.01.).

Zunächst gibt es mit The Wall 2061 Citygame ein deutsches Crowdfunding welches ein LARP innerhalb von Berlin finanzieren möchte, wobei die Stadt als Spielort dient (das also pervasive ist), ein wie ich finde faszinierender Gedanke.
Bei den traditionelleren Rollenspielern gibt es einerseits mit Ascendant Destiny einen neuen Vertreter im Fantasy Genre. Der Kickstarter verbreitet eine eher positive bzw. heldenhafte Stimmung und das System ist wohl grundweg solide. Das heißt eher traditionell (W10 Poolsystem) ohne gleich OSR zu sein. Ein wie ich finde, auch optisch, sehr charmantes Projekt. Andererseits ist da noch League of Seekers ein Rollenspiel das sich offenbar ein paar Anleihen bei Bloodborne nahm, und ein grimdarkes Setting um achtzehnhunder bietet. Das ganze wird mit einer durchaus interessanten Sanity-Mechanik gewürzt – die den lovecraftischen Ton unterstützt – und bietet ein W% System. Ein ebenso spannendes Projekt. Letztlich gibt es da noch S̀uen Ikna ein Spiel für das der Autor eigenes eine Sprache inklusive Schriftzeichen erfand, und in dem erkennbar viel Herzblut steckt.
Allerdings sind auch die weiteren Projekte spannend. Die Setting-Illustrationen von Seigneury of Borth sind schlicht weg hammer, und der französische Kickstarter ist auch mit Englischkenntnissen zugänglich. Es gibt mit PolyHero und Necronomicon ziemlich geniale Würfel und Sumi  bietet ein cooles Münzset.
Man kann mit New Agenda Publishing einen aufstrebenden Verlag unterstützen und das Konzept von Elven Lords – ein Soloabenteuer für Tunnels und Trolls – fasziniert mich. The Little Game Master ist ein Kinderbuch das sich wohl an die Eltern unter den Rollenspielern richtet. Wohingegen das Bokkel Magazine auch wenn es kein RPG ist, vielleicht für erwachsene Spieler interessant is.
Daneben gibt es noch viele weitere, coole, Projekte. Schaut selbst:

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #65, including every tabletop project started between 01.14. till 01.21.

In this collection you’ll find the Vital Hearts projects, aiming to fund a RPG that tackles the „Isekai genre“. Thus basically story about characters who’ll end up as avatars in a virutal game world. Like e.g. in Ready Player One, Swords Art Online, Log Horizon, Jumanji and other books/series. The game utilizes the „Cardinal System“ and the project is done by the people who brought Farflung, Myriad Song, Ironclaw, Urban Jungle and various other RPGs to live. I do feel tempted to back it.
Next to that the comic Life of the Party: Roll for Initiative sticks out to me the most. It looks like a fun little thing. Though the other projects deserve a look as well.
There are several very interesting projects in the foreign language section. Whether its the Spanish Cybersalles, the Swedish Chock or the French KABBALE am intrigued.

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #65 (Zeitraum: 14.01. bis 21.01.).

In dieser Kurzübersicht findet sich das Rollenspiel Vital Hearts, welches sich zum Isekai-Genre zählt. Das heißt Erzählungen wo sich die Charaktere als Spielfiguren in einer virtuellen Welt wiederfinden. Wie bspw. bei Ready Player One, Swords Art Online, Log Horizon und anderen Werken. Das Spiel nutzt die Cardinal System und wird von den Leuten gemacht die unteren Farflung, Myriad Song, und andere RPGs gestalteten. Ich bin versucht mitzumachen.
Daneben gibt es noch Navarro Knight, ein Science Fiction RPG welches von seinem Machern als „Post-Reality“ bezeichnet wird. Von den weiteren Projekten finde ich den Comic Life of the Party: Roll for Initiative am spannsten, wobei sicherlich auch die weiteren Projekte einen Blick verdient haben.
Gerade unter den fremdsprachigen RPGs gibt es mit dem Spanischen Cybersalles, dem Schwedischen Chock und dem französischen KABBALE interessante Einträge. Schaut selbst:

Crowdfunding Collection #64

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #64, including every tabletop project started between 01.07. till 01.14.

After a rather calm first week, 2018 is gaining momentum with Kickstarters Make/100 incentive, leading to quite some interesting projects.
My personal favorite project, which I backed, is Coin & Blood. A small OSR game that sees the players assume characters who usually are antagonists in fantasy stories.  The Vigilante Hack is somewhat similar, though rather founded in the superhero genre than in the fantasy one.
The D13 RPG offers an interesting story game approach and facilitates a horror game with d13. Am curious and had the project bookmarked for a closer look. Infinite Galaxies, on the other hand, is the first PbtA system for 2018, exploring the SF genre.
The shout–outs wouldn’t be complete without a mention of John Carter from Modiphius.
This time around am as well intrigued by both of the (PFRPG) supplements. At the one hand, there’s Faerie Fire which got a great 80s retro look to itself, at the other hand, and even more so Path of the Black Flag for attempting to introduce anarchy (as a political system) to a fantasy setting.
Next, to those you’ll find an interesting gamebook, cool dice, quite some non-tabletop RPG games that caught my eyes and more, take a look:
