I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #72 – Part 1 of 3, including every tabletop project started between 03.05 and 03.25.

Thanks to the sheer amount of projects started within the past three weeks, I decided to split the collection into three parts. This part does contain all projects in German or from Germany as well as all projects in either French or Spanish.

In regards of the German projects am strongly in favor of the translation of Coriolis by the publisher Uhrwerk. I got the English edition and am looking forward to the localized one, specially considering that Uhrwerk proved to be quite capable in handling previous crowdfundings. You’ll find that parallel to this projects there is as well a French project for the translation of Coriolis. Proving that the the system spreads quite a bit.
I do like and would recommend the C-EL DICE, which offers nice dice made in Germany. Though the whole project is presented in English and thus invites a more international audience. Another noteworthy project is ERDENSTERN Live In Concert, which offers to elevate the atmospheric sound of the band Erdenstern to an orchestral level.
You’ll find that the 3W6 Podcast seeks the support of patreons for their continued podcast, as well as Spielerverzeichnis asks for support to continue helping gamers to find each other.
In regards to the French project, you should check-out Meute, which happens to be the 100st project on the GameOnTabletops plattform. Meute explores the folklore of (South) France in regards of Werewolves and will offer the character two sheets for their two lycantroph forms. The human one as well as the wolf one. The whole concept and design really does look exciting. Then there is P.I.R.A.T.E.S. A rather rules light, short in pages game in which players assume the roles of pirates. The game is designed to be enjoyed by adults as well as young gamers. Last but not least there’s Cartes fantastiques offering really cool looking map stuff.
The Spanish novel CALAMITY does offer some reading material for those who like the D&D setting of Akuma.

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #72 Teil 3 von 3 (Zeitraum: 05.03. bis 25.03).
Dieser Teil enthält nur englischsprachige Crowdfundings, und ergibt mit Teil 2 eine vollständige Liste dieser.

Hinsichtlich der Rollenspiele hat es mir zunächst Gears of Defiance angetan. Das W6 basierte System, bietet einen interessanten Ansatz um das recht normale Steampunk-Setting umzusetzen und innerhalb dessen sich den Themen Unterdrückung, Familienbanden und Revolution zu widmen. Mit so einem interessanten Setting und System, bin ich natürlich dabei.
Ähnliches gilt für Imp of the Perverse. Ein von der Kurzgeschichte von Edgar Allen Poe inspiriertes Spiel, bei dem man Charaktere spielt welche von einem Imp – einer Art Kobold – besessen sind. Dieser Imp versucht die Charaktere über das Versprechen von Macht zu Monstren zu pervertieren. Diese Monstern sind wiederum Kreaturen welche die Figuren versuchen zu vernichten. Das interessante moralische Dilemma wird vor den Hintergrund des Zeitalter des „American Gothic“ gestellt. Ein Projekt bei dem ich nicht wiederstehen konnte.
Daneben ist mit Dragons Conquer America, ein Rollenspiel zurück, welches mich schon zuvor begeisterte. Man kann hierbei wahlweise auf der Seite der Invasoren oder der Setie der Ureinwohner mit jeweils Drachen sich im Konflikt um den amerikanischen Kontinent beteiligen. Ein cooler Ansatz, der graphisch opulent umgesetzt ist. Bei dem ich sehr stark versucht bin wieder einzusteigen.
Farbenfrohe, heldenhafte Fantasy bietet auch Slayer’s Frontier, welches mich ein wenig an eine Mischung aus dem Slayers Anime und Monster Hunter erinnert (Wobei es ein IndieGoGo Projekt mit flexibler Finanzierung ist). Daneben bietet auch Heroic Tales of Aglaeca heroische Fantasy, allerdings mehr im Sword & Sorcery Stil.
Wer es eher realistischer haben mag, der kann einen Blick auf Dead in the West werfen. Ein d8 basiertes Western-Rollenspiel, das sich erfrischend unweird präsentiert und im Video sehr sympathisch wirkt.
Savage Worlds Fans wiederum können sich mit Savage Tokusatsu die volle Ladung Mecha & Kajiu Action geben oder mit The Dinosaur Protocol auf Saurierjagd gehen.
Hinsichtlich der Würfel-Projekte finde ich die Elder Dice hübsch, und die The Dice Pen, mit Würfel-gefüllte Kulis, eine nette Idee.
Unter den weiteren Projekten bietet Hermetica – A Library of Occult Symbols eine faszinierende Schriftart voller okkulter Symbole. Nun und wer Material für D&D 5E PFRPG oder Starfinder sucht, der findet reichlich.
Daneben gibt es aber natürlich noch weitere, coole Projekte, seht selbst:

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #72 Teil 2 von 3 (Zeitraum: 05.03. bis 25.03). Dieser Teil enthält nur englischsprachige Crowdfundings, weitere folgen in Teil 3.

Hinsichtlich der Projekte begeistert mich Cartel von Mark Diaz Truman am meisten. Das Powered By The Apocalypse Spiel versetzt die Spieler nach Durango, Mexiko, wo sie Charaktere verkörpern die in die Machenschaften des Sinaloa-Kartell verwickelt sind. Ich verfolge die Entwicklung des Spiels bereits seit 2016 und bin bisher von allem was ich laß, das heißt sowohl die Ashcan Version als auch die verschiedenen Diskussionen, absolut überzeugt bis begeistert. Wobei der Autor einerseits Kickstarter Erfahrung hat, andererseits einen Schnellstarter bietet. Weshalb ich bei dem Kickstarter dabei bin, und ihm gerne empfehle. Passend zu dem Projekt, und dessen Mexiko-Thema haben mich auch die Spielkarten The Ode To La Catrina restlos begeistert und vollkommen überzeugt.
Neben dem Projekt bietet einem auch Capers die Möglichkeit in die Rolle von Gangstern zu schlüpfen. Allerdings mehr so in der Prohibitionszeit und mit Superhelden-Kräften. Was dem Spiel einen deutlich lockeren Anstrich gibt. Daneben überzeugt es mit einem sinnvollen Kartenbasierten System und der Präsentation, weshalb ich gerne dabei bin.
Flying Circus wiederum ist ein weiteres PbtA-Spiel das mein Interesse durch die Umsetzung des Luftkampfs gewann. Man spielt hierbei Piloten der ~20er bis 40er Jahre, zwar in einer halbwegs normalen Welt, allerdings außerhalb eines Weltkriegsszenario. Ein charmantes Projekt, welches ich gerne unterstütze.
Neben diesen Rollenspielen ist auch Fuel Priest interessant. Es bietet Flugzeug-Action im Dieselpunkstil in einem durchaus interessanten Setting, welches mal wohl im Spiel selbst gestaltet. Daneben gibt es noch Irradiated ein post-apokalyptisches Spiel das sich eher farbig präsentiert.
Unter den Ergänzungsbänden findet sich eine Neuauflage des Baby Bestiary und in Bezug auf die Kampagnen lohnt eventuell Emissary Lost für Coriolis einen Blick. Vielleicht auch nur um zu schauen was Uhrwerk noch bringen könnte.
Daneben hat mich persönlich das Gametee: Finest Leather Notebooks sehr angesprochen, hätte ich mehr Geld, wäre ich dabei. Auch die Demon Sigil Pins sind durchaus cool designed, nun und die Glow Battle Dinger wirken für Boffer-Kampf in Cyberpunk-Settings interessant.

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #72 Teyl 1 von 3 (Zeitraum: 05.03. bis 25.03).
Aufgrund der Masse an neuen Projekten, welche in den letzten drei Wochen starteten, habe ich die Kurzübersicht in drei Teile aufgespalten. In diesem Teil findet ihr die Projekte aus Deutschland, sowie die französischen sowie spanischen Projekte.

In Bezug auf die deutschen Projekten, fällt zunächst das Coriolis Projekt des Uhrwerk-Verlag auf. Mit Coriolis erhält ein weiteres Spiel des Freeleague Verlag eine deutsche Übersetzung. Ich persönlich kann Coriolis, das ich bereits auf Englisch habe, nur empfehlen und der Uhrwerk Verlag hat mir mit Mutant Jahr Null bewiesen das er zuverlässig und gute Crowdfundings macht.
Mit C-EL DICE wiederum gibt es coole Würfel aus Deutschland, auch wenn das Projekt selbst englischsprachig ist. Ich habe bei einem früheren Projekt bereits mitgemacht, und kann das Projekt nur empfehlen. ERDENSTERN Live In Concert bietet die fantastische Musik von Erdenstern in orchestralem Format. Auf jeden Fall, einen Blick wert!
Ebenso wie die Unterstützung des 3W6 Podcast, die auch so coole Episoden liefern, sowie des Spielerverzeichnis, mit dem man Rollenspielrunden in der Nähe finden kann.
Auf der französischen Seite beschert Meute GameOnTabletops das 100ste Projekt. Bei Meute spielt man wohl Werwölfe, wobei jeder Spieler gleich zwei Charaktere hat. Einmal die menschliche Seite der Figur, der Mensch, und dann der Wolf. Das ganze klingt durchaus spannend. P.I.R.A.T.E.S wiederum bietet ein leichtes Spiel rund um Piraten, das auch Kindern zugänglich sein sollte. Nun und daneben gibt es noch sehr ansehnliche Karten mit Cartes fantastiques.

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #71, including every tabletop project started between 02.26 till 03.05.

This week you’ll find the collection stuffed with cool and fascinating projects.
For example there’s Chernobyl, Mon Amour. A tabletop rpg focused on characters who fled society and stranded within the highly radioactive lands around the Chernobyl reactor. The game focuses on the characters, their situation and the personal drama with a narrative game design somewhat akin to Nordic Larp. It has been originally developed and written in Finnish in 2016 by Juhana Pettersson, who’s as well doing the project and the translation. I am fascinated by the approach, the setting as well as the design and thus backed and do recommend it.
I did place the Liminal RPG among the Role-Playing Games segment, though I think it might be as well worth a look if you like Story Games. You’ll find quite some info about the system in the second update and the game offers an interesting contemporary urban fantasy setting. Which I find quite intriguing
Far Away Land. is a rules-light game that should be fun for all ages. The system appears a bit more traditional, the fantasy setting looks quite fun and quite rich, well and you’ll find quite a lot of material.
If you prefer gm-less games you might like to take a look at the Protocol Fantasy Game Omnibus by Jim Pinto. You’ll get loads of Protocol Engine games. If you like Blades in the Dark and wish it was Cyberpunk Hack the Planet got you covered. Given that it is by the creators of The Veil it should be good, and if I were more into Cyberpunk I would back it in a minute.
You’ll find more interesting projects next to these. Like NecroMech does not only offer their classic rpg exclusivly as an app, but it comes bundles with a subscription online service. The Shrouded Order combines augemented reality with sightseeing and LARP. In regards of settings, Rappan Attuk opens the famous mega-dungeon setting to 5E and ANKUR will see a setting based upon the african continent.
Then there are plenty more projects, supplements, dice, pins & patches, a patreon and d!rip projects and many more. See for yourself:

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #71 (Zeitraum: 26.02. bis 05.03.).

Diese Woche ist erneut prall gefüllt mit vielen, sehr coolen Projekten.
So gibt es mit Chernobyl, Mon Amour ein Rollenspiel das sich mit Charakteren befasst, welche vor der Gesellschaft in die hochradioaktiv Zone um den Tschernobyl-Reaktor flüchten und dort zurecht kommen müssen. Das Spiel konzentriert sich deutlich auf die Charaktere und ihre Situation und orientiert sich in Gestaltung und Spieldesign an Nordic LARPs. Es wurde hierbei von Juhana Pettersson entwickelt, der unter anderem auch Nordic LARPs selbst gestaltet. Ich bin ebenso fasziniert wie gespannt, als Untersützer dabei und empfehle definitiv einen Blick.
Ich habe das Liminal RPG unter Rollenspiele sortiert anstelle zu den Story Games, wobei ich denke das die regelleichte Mechanik durchaus auch einen eher narrativen Spielstil zuträglich ist. Neben der Spielmechanik – die man am besten im zweiten Update präsentiert bekommt – bietet Liminal auch ein cooles, modernes Urban Fantasy Setting. Weshalb ich es im Auge behalte.
Ebenfalls regelleicht und an alle Altersgruppen gerichtet, präsentiert sich Far Away Land. Das Spiel überzeugt durch eine bunte, leicht abgedrehte Fantasywelt und massig Material um Runden zu gestalten. Wobei der Anteil dessen was man tatsächlich zum Spielen schaut übersichtlich ist. Freunde des spielleiterlosen Rollenspiel hingegen sollten sich den Protocol Fantasy Game Omnibus von Jim Pinto ansehen. Es bietet gleich eine ganze Ladung Protocol Engine Spiele. Fans von Blades in the Dark bekommen mit Hack the Planet ein Cyberpunk-Spiel basierend auf dem BitD Regelsystem. Wobei die Macher mit The Veil bereits bewiesen haben dass sie es können.
Daneben gibt es weitere interessante Projekte. NecroMech kombiniert klassisches Rollenspiel mit einem Online-Tool sowie Abo-Service wobei The Shrouded Order quasi LARP mit Augemented Reality verbinden mag. Bei den Settings kann man mit Rappan Attuk auch in der 5E ab in den Mega-Dungeon und das Spiel ANKUR erhält einen Bandzum afrikanischen Kontinent.
Darüberhinaus gibt es eine Vielzahl von coolen Projekten, Ergänzungsbände, Würfel, Pins & Patches, Patreon & d!rip Projekte und mehr. Schaut selbst:

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #70, including every tabletop project started between 02.19. till 02.26.

In this collection you’ll find the supplement for Golden Sky Stories: Twilight Tales. The book will enrich the heartwarming role-playing guy by introducing Mononoke like frog-ghosts (Kappa), Michinoke, ghosts, demons (Oni), visitors (Aliens) and others. To be taken on journeys and adventures. I do like the heartwarming approach of GSS, the style in which those new types are introduced and the game in general. Thus I backed this supplement and do recommend it.
Next to the supplement you’ll find two more projects for core books.
At the one hand Devil’s Run, which will come with rules for Modiphius 2d20 (Coriolis, Mutant Year Zero etc) and Savage World. The setting is based on the miniature board game Miles Massacre and offers a post-apocalyptic US. In which various tribes – who to me look akin to Fallouts Raiders – battle for their life. The tabletop rpg version will be playable without miniatures and am tempted to back it.
At the other hand there’s Era: The Empowered. Which you might remember because they did some campaigns for novels and comics based in the science fiction setting. The Era system is well proven and sports several games in various genre and I enjoyed backing their Era: Hitman projects. I do recommend taking a look at it-
Next to those projects you’ll find other cool ones. Like the  Bronze Dice, a map of Sommerlund, story cards and more. Just take a look:

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #70 (Zeitraum: 19.02. bis 26.02.).

In dieser findet ihr zunächst den Ergänzungsband zu Golden Sky Stories: Twilight Tales. Das Buch bereichert das Wohlfühl-Rollenspiel um Frosch-Geister (Kappa), Michinoke, Geister, Dämonen (Oni), Besucher (Aliens) und weitere Mononoke mit denen man kleine und größere Abenteuer bestehen kann. Das ganze wird von dem GSS eigenen, regelleichten System getragen – das mir sehr gut gefiel – und ist mit ansprechenden Illustrationen versehen. Ein Projekt bei dem ich gerne wieder dabei bin, und das ich empfehlen mag.
Daneben gibt es zwei vollständige Regelwerke. Einerseits Devil’s Run, ein post-apokalyptisches Rollenspiel-Setting das man wahlweise mit Savage Worlds oder den 2W20 von Mödiphius (Mutant Jahr Null, Coriolis ua) spielen kann. Das Setting basiert auf dem Miniaturen-Brettspiel Miles Massacre und wird für das RPG die Welt weiter ausarbeiten. Wobei man für das P&P nicht unbedingt Miniaturen braucht
Era: The Empowered ist der Kickstarter für das bereits in einigen Novelas und Comics vorgestellte Science Fiction Setting. Man greift hierbei auf das erprobte Era-System zurück, und ich kann einen Blick nur empfehlen. Sowohl hinsichtlich des Systems und des Settings, als auch in Bezug darauf das ich mit anderen Projekten gute Erfahrung machte.

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #69, including every tabletop project started between 02.12. till 02.19.

Given last weeks been valentines day a lot of new projects started up.
Gallant Knight Games are back with the Tiny Wastelands project. I’ve been in love with their previous Kickstarters like Mecha & Kajius and Tiny Fantasy and are up and ready to take it post-apocalyptic. Thus I backed and do recommend it. Bodycount on the other hand, a cyber punk/space punk rpg, did look a bit sparse on infos on first sight. Yet after having enjoyed the fun, australian-flavored video I am quite enticed and tempted. As it does remind me a bit of the humor of Tank Girl.
In regards of story game the most notable, in my opinion, is the funding of the second edition of Summerland. The game system changed to Open D6, yet should keep a narrative focus and the setting in which characters face their traumata. The Princess Bride RPG on the other hand is more lighthearted, offering the players to indulge into the inconcivable adventures and settings of the cult movie (and to a degree the book). The game uses Fudge and is developed by the creator of the system. Then there is H. P. Lovecraft Preparatory Academy offering a more fun than horror approach to the Cthulhu-Mythos utilizing a system based on PDQ#. Well, and if you check out Protean you’ll get a wholly new system.
Yet, the „none core book“-projects are fun as well. Like the Element Class Cruisers box set for Traveller or the Stormlands region description for Trudvang. A projects I find, quite out of the ordinary is The Pallid Mask. Not exactly because it’s a Cthulhu Adventure, but because it offeres „King in Yellow“-themed Tiki mugs. (Which I imagine to be a bit like polynesian beer steins).
Among the valentines season befitting, foreign language projects you’ll find Wege der Vereinigungen, the most recent project by Ulisses Spiele. Enriching the setting of The Dark Eye with a supplement all about (the positive) aspects of love. The book is designed with positivity as well as inclusivity in mind, well research and lavishly presented with quite some cool features like an audio-companion. I am intruiged by it, will backing and find it quite fascinating. La Trilogie de la Crasse (Triology of the Filth) caught my eye among the French projects. Basically because of the NC-17 sticker, yet at closer inspection it appears to offer a quite fascnating horror setting.
Next to those projects you’ll find (more English projects like) exciting adventures, beautiful dice, quite a lot of novels and comics based on tabletop rpgs, cool looking map projects and many more. Just take a look:
