Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #118 (Zeitraum: 09.09 bis 15.09).

In dieser Übersicht findet ihr acht Rollenspiele. Zunächst mag ich auf Hyper Light Drifter hinweisen. Das RPG basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Videospiel und das Projekt bietet die gleiche 8 bis 16 Bit Ästhethik. Wie in der Vorlage erforscht man eine Post-Apokalpyse und entdeckt dabei vergessene Technologien. Das System ist W20 basiert, wirkt eher leicht gewichtig und bietet einen recht taktischen Kampf. Das ganze gibt es auf Wunsch in eine Retro-SNES-Spielebox verpackt und ich finde es recht spannend. Daneben gibt es mit dem Otherworlds RPG ein recht buntes, klassischeres Rollenspiel das ein abgefahrenes Fantasy Setting mit leichten SF Elementen bietet. Mir persönlich gefallen die Vampire die sich in riesige Spinnen verwandeln können und es hat allgemeine eine „gute Energie“, weshalb ich es im Auge behalten werde. Retired wiederum ist ein Story Game das sich mit dem Leben von Superschurken im Ruhestand befasst. Man spielt es mit nur zwei Spielern, einem Spielleiter bzw. Erzähler und einem Spieler und das Projekt besticht durch eine sachliche unaufgeregte Gestaltung. Ich vertraue dem Author und mag es daher empfehlen. Wer keine Schurken sondern Helden spielen mag, kann einen Blick auf Disposable Heroes werfen. In dem kartenbasierten PbtA Spiel spielt man zwar scheinbar nicht die wirklich großen Helden, sondern mehr glorifizierte Postboten, es schaut aber durchaus reizvoll aus und hat einen Blick verdient. Neotoma wiederum bietet ein eigenes Science Fiction Setting mit verschiedenen Sword & Sorcery Elementen und verwendet bezüglich des System W12 und W20. Vom Charakterbogen her wirkt es vergleichsweise traditionell und wenn man SF mag lohnt sich ggf. ein Blick wobei die verlinkte Homepage mehr Details bietet.  Bei SLICE wiederum handelt es sich um ein regelleichtes Rollenspiel, welches man mit seinen Kindern spielen können soll. Das Charaktersheet und die Regeln passen wohl auf eine Seite und es ist wohl für generische Fantasy geeignet. Ashes of New Earth wiederum versucht hauptsächlich die Artworks für das Spiel zu finanzieren.
Die Einordung von SQUABBLES zu Rollenspiel im Kontext der meisten anderen Projekte ist etwas,… gewagt. Im Grunde handelt es sich hierbei um ein Kartenbasiertes Spiel bei dem es darum geht das Kinder und Jugendliche lernen mit Konflikten umzugehen – basierend auf der Methodik von Brooks Gibbs.
Daneben gibt es mit dem Story Engine Deck ein Kartendeck um spontante Inspirationen für Charaktere, Geschichten, Antagonisten, Aspekten und weitere Dinge zu erhalten. Die Idee und Präsentation überzeugt mich sehr! Ich empfehle einen Blick und habe es selbst gebackt. Ebenso mag ich einen Blick auf Homunculus Assembly Line empfehlen, einem Magazin das in einer Kollaboration aus 6 Künstlern entsteht, die jeweils mehrere Texte schreiben bzw. gestalten.

Über die Aufnahme von Projekten

Es gibt zwei Wege wie Projekte in die Liste kommen.

) Ich versuche aktiv alle neue Projekte zu finden. Unter anderem über meine Crowdfunding Suchliste, aber auch durch die Beobachtung von Gruppen, Communities, Foren, Newsletter und dergleichen mehr.

) Ich bin darauf angewiesen das Ihr, die Leser, mir mitteilt wenn ein neues Projekt startet, das in die Liste passt. Beispielsweise weil ich manchmal Projekte übersehe oder sich Plattformen (Patreon, IndieGoGo, Startnext, …) schlecht durch suchen lassen oder ich sie nicht kenne.

Das Projekt sollte etwas mit Rollenspiel zu tun haben, schon gestartet, noch nicht erwähnt und zur nächsten Veröffentlichung noch am laufen.

Wenn man mich anspricht, nehme ich auch gerne Projekte auf, die normalerweise außenvor bleiben (z.B. Veranstaltungen oder Miniaturen bezogene Projekte).
