Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #152 (Zeitraum: 27.09 bis 11.10).

Nach 2 Wochen, ist die Kurzübersicht mit 91 Projekten, mit 18 RPGs zurück. Wer direkt zum Kern kommen mag, kann einfach am Vorwort vorbei scrollen.

Bei Acheron handelt es sich um ein Rollenspiel im Grimpunk Genre. Das bedeutet man bekommt vom Setting her alternative 1930er geboten. Mit verschiedenen phantastischen Wesen, sowie einer Bedrohung durch „eldritch Horror“. Das System bietet sowohl einen erzählerischen Ansatz, als auch drei Sanity-Werte und ein tödliches Kampfsystem. Imho macht es durchaus was her. Wenn man es leichter mag, kann man in Throwing Hornes mit einer Metal Band aus Dämonen durch die Hölle touren. Das Spiel präsentiert sich als kleines Magazin, und wird mit W6 gespielt. Weiter mit Dämonen, aber auch Engeln, geht es in Era: Forbidden zu. Hierbei befinden sich beide Fraktionen im Krieg. Man selbst spielt übernatürlich begabte Menschen, welche versuchen zu verhindern das die Menschheit als Kollateralschaden draufgeht. Systemseitig benutzt es das erprobte Era-W10-System. Wer es regelleichter mag, sollte sich Spindlewheel ansehen. Es ist ein sehr erzählerisches Spiel, bei dem man als Gruppe, mit der Hilfe von Tarotkarten eine Geschichte spinnt.
Mit Yonder gibt es ein Fantasy Rollenspiel, in dem man Personen spielen, die vor einem Unglück geflüchtet sind. Auf der Flucht werden sie sich verändern, ihr wahres Ich zeigen und damit unter Umständen gar zu anderen Wesen werden. Das Buch kommt im Form eines Comicband (~150 Seiten) daher, und die Regeln faszinieren mich. Ich bin dabei. Wer das System von Blades in the Dark mag, und nach planarer Fantasy ausschaut hält sollte sich Sig: City of Blades anschauen. Das Setting ist farbenprächtig und das Projekt macht einen coolen Eindruck. Fans von Fantasy und Stars without Number, können sich darauf freuen, dass es mit Worlds Without Number ein Fantasy Rollenspiel von den Machern des populären OSR spiel gibt bzw. geben wird.
Daneben gibt es auch ein paar Spiele, die mir besonders passend zu Halloween erscheinen – quasi gruselig, ohne direkten Horror. Der Anfang macht hierbei MORTASHEEN. Hierbei spielt man kreativ gestaltete Monstern, die miteinander interagieren. Wobei sie neben den coolen Designs wohl von Welten wie Neopets inspiriert sind. Das ganze schaut cool aus, und man kann es sich anschauen. In dem Gruesome Ghoulies Rollenspiel, spielt man Ghoule die Mysterien nachgehen, Hot Rods fahren und Rock’n’Roll spielen. Das Spiel gibt es bereits als kostenloses One-Sheet RPG und der Kickstarter finanziert ein Regelbuch im Magazine Format. Sehr cool und einen Blick wert! Rest in Pieces wiederum beschreibt sich als „Card & Block Tower RPG“. Es ist hierbei noch Rollenspiel genug, und zielt wohl auf abgefahrene Cartoon-Action alá Rick & Morty ab. Wobei es den „Look“ schonmal gut trifft.
Wer lieber handfesteren Horror mag, sollte einen Blick auf Terrors and Tommyguns haben. In dem Rollenspiel stellt man sich kosmischen Horror in den 1920ern. Das Spiel nutzt ein W20 überwürfeln System, und schaut wie ich finde sehr interessant aus. Wer seinen Horror im Stil von American Gothic haben mag, kann in Flames of Freedom sich in die Revolutionswirren von 1776 werfen. Besonders gefällt mir hierbei, dass man nicht nur einen „europäisch-weißen“ Blick auf das Setting hat und mit Beratern zusammenarbeitet. Ich bin versucht! Ähnlich versucht bin ich beim Fright Nights: Wendigo RPG. Es ist ein One-Shot und „Ein Abenteuer“ Spiel, mit superleichten Regeln das sich auch an Anfänger Spieler und SL richtet. Dafür ist es recht günstig, und teil einer Serie von „Fright Night“ RPGs. Mit Widdershins geht es zurück nach Amerika der 1910er. Das Rollenspiel basiert auf der queeren Romance Buchreihe Whyborne & Griffin und bietet „eldritch Horror“. Das System mit den Trait-Mechaniken wirkt interessant und ich empfehle einen Blick.
Es gibt mit Weirdspace ein Science Fiction Rollenspiel, dass ein Sandbox Setting mit britischen Humor bietet. Wer reinschauen mag, kann sich die 16-seitige Vorabversion auf DTRPG anschauen. Cool. Wer schon immer Expanse und Doom vereint sehen wollte, dem bieten Will Power Games Death Diverse. Das Projekt bietet unter anderem coole Illustrationen und das 5W6 System wirkt durchaus interessant. Mit nur einer Serie, bedient einen das Stargate SG-1 Rollenspiel. Wobei man die Stargates erforschen kann, und sich in den Konflikt zwischen Tau’ri und Goa’uld werfen. Das ganze funktioniert mit einer Variation des D&D System.
Daneben gibt es echt viele weitere coole Projekte. So habe ich als Fan der Welt der Dunkelheit natürlich Ghost Hunters for World of Darkness 20th Anniversary unterstützt. Der Band bereichert die Jubiläumsausgabe von Vampire, Werwolf, Wraith und Magus um die titelgebenden Geisterjäger. Tatsächlich ist es nicht nur ein Ergänzungsband, sondern fast ein eigenes GRW. Supercool! Wer ein Fan von untoten, nekromantischen Dingen ist, mag vielleicht bei dem Dungeon Master’s Adventure Pack Issue 5 – Necropolis Magazin zuschlagen, ich überlege es mir. Es gibt super coole Abenteuer, wie Ancient Undead Spider Wizard, welches mit einer Vinyl Platte daher kommt oder The Great Divide welches einem Mistose anhand von D&D 5E Regeln näher bringen mag. Die Snow Cone & Sundae Würfel für DCC bringen mich arg in Versuchung. Mit dem Royal Mold System kann man sich versuchen Würfel auch gleich selbst zu machen und mit dem Deck of Dungeons gibt es ein Kartendeck aus Deutschland. Auch spannend, finde ich das GAME THEORY IN THE AGE OF CHAOS Projekt, welches Spieltheorie mit aktueller (amerikanischer) Politik verbindet.

Über die Aufnahme von Projekten

Es gibt zwei Wege wie Projekte in die Liste kommen.

) Ich versuche aktiv alle neue Projekte zu finden. Unter anderem über meine Crowdfunding Suchliste, aber auch durch die Beobachtung von Gruppen, Communities, Foren, Newsletter und dergleichen mehr.

) Ich bin darauf angewiesen das Ihr, die Leser, mir mitteilt wenn ein neues Projekt startet, das in die Liste passt. Beispielsweise weil ich manchmal Projekte übersehe oder sich Plattformen (Patreon, IndieGoGo, Startnext, …) schlecht durch suchen lassen oder ich sie nicht kenne.

Das Projekt sollte etwas mit Rollenspiel zu tun haben, schon gestartet, noch nicht erwähnt und zur nächsten Veröffentlichung noch am laufen.

Wenn man mich anspricht, nehme ich auch gerne Projekte auf, die normalerweise außenvor bleiben (z.B. Veranstaltungen oder Miniaturen bezogene Projekte).
