I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #167, including every tabletop rpg project started between 04/25 and 05/02.

Following the May celebrations, I am back on time. Thus let’s get to the projects.

Garden of the Giants is a game in which you’ll be playing anthropomorphic mice, who’ll experience adventures akin to those from children tales. The presentation is beautiful, and I like the setting. Plus, there is a preview for interested backers to check out. I think it’s worth having a look. Then there’s Courts of Blades, which focuses more on politics, diplomacy and skullduggery in a renaissance setting. You’ll be playing a coterie caught in the web of intruiges and drama, with a system based on Blades in the Dark. Worth having a look too. If you like to have 9 games with one project, Pretentious Games for Villains and Bastards would be right up your ally. The games are made to be played in a one shots or micro-campaigns. anbieten. The kickstarter projects offers a little description of each of the games, for you to check out.
If you fancy Fantasy and PbtA, Fantasy World should be right up your ally. The game offers an interesting looking setting, which doesn’t seem to be a standard Edo one, and it will be available in English and Italian! Maybe you like your Fantasy with more of a Sword and Sorcery drift, in which case you should have a look at Blood, Sweat & Steel. Systemwise it is based on Fudge, and the project highlights game specific rules.
If you are a fan of Science Fiction, I would recommend having a look at ChangedStars. The game offers a bright yet prelious future, inspired by utopian, feminist SF works, as well as contemporary gritty ones. The whole game is d6 based with 4 attributes and looks solid, with quite interesting illustration. Thus it does see me tempted. Ironsworn: Starforged transports the Fantasy Ironsworn setting and rules into the Science Fiction genre. The game can be played alone, with two players or with a „regular“ amount of players. The system is PbtA inspired, and the makers proved their mettle with previous projects. Check it out.
Maybe you are looking for a game book? ROTATOR offers the first entry to a Science Fantasy story, written by a creator living in Ukraine. It features cool illustration, and is worth having a look for those alone.
There are of course more interesting projects, like the Eldritch Sands setting for D&D 5E, the bright green, printable Hollow Dice with braille readability, or the Shelf File of Holding, to stuff all your Kickstarter books into a nice DCC folder thing.

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #167 (Zeitraum: 25.04 bis 02.05).

Nachdem ich recht gut in den Mai kam, bin ich Heute mit einer neuen Übersicht zurück, also lasst uns einen Blick auf die Projekte haben.

Zunächst finanziert Ulisses Spiele mit Das Schwarze Auge: Die Sonnenküste eine weitere Regionalspielhilfe für ihr Haussystem. Das Projekt ist schon total durch die Decke gegangen, und für Fans sicherlich einen Blick wert.

Es gibt mit Garden of the Giants ein Rollenspiel, bei dem man anthropomorphische Mäuse spielt, welche in einem Garten märchenhafte Abenteuer bestehen. Die Präsentation sieht schön aus, der Ansatz gefällt mir, und es gibt eine Promo, über die man ggf. mehr Einblicke in das erzählerische System erhält. Courts of Blades wiederum ist mehr ein Rollenspiel um Politik, Diplomatie und Hinterlist, in einem Renaissance Setting. Hierbei besteht man mit seinem Klüngel verschiedene dramatische Szenarien, wobei das Spiel ein an Blades in the Dark angelehntes Spiel verwendet. Faszinierend. Wenn man eine breite Masse an Spielen haben mag, verdient Pretentious Games for Villains and Bastards einen Blick. In dem Projekt werden nicht weniger als 9 Rollenspiele finanziert. Die sich wiederum für OneShots oder Micro-Kampagnen anbieten. Ein Blick in der Beschreibung des Kickstarter, bietet eine kurze Beschreibung zu jedem Spiel.
Wer Fantasy und PbtA mag, sollte sich Fantasy World ansehen. Das Spiel wird es auf English wie Italienisch bietet eine recht interessantes Setting, etwas jenseits von EDO. Es hat auf jedenfall einen Blick verdient. Für das Fudge-System wiederum gibt es mit Blood, Sweat & Steel ein düsteres Sword & Sorcery Rollenspiel. Das zu grundeliegende System wurde angepasst, und das Projekt stellt die Eigenheiten hervor.
Für Liebhaber interplanetarischer Science Fiction könnte ChangedStars interessant sein. Das Spiel hat ein eher „helles“ jedoch durchaus herausforderndes Setting, welches von utopischen, feministischen sowie gegenwärtigen eher „gritty“ Science Fiction Werken inspiriert ist. Das ganze ist W6 basiert, verwendet 4 Grundwerte, und das System sieht soweit interessant aus. Neben ansehnlichen Illustrationen. Ich bin durchaus versucht und empfehle es. Ironsworn: Starforged transportiert das Ironsworn Setting in ein Science Fiction Umfeld. Das Spiel kann im Solo-Modus, zu zweit oder als auch in einer „normalen“ Runde gespielt werden. Hierbei verwendet es ein an PbtA angelehntes System. Die Macher haben Erfahrung mit der Umsetzung erfolgreicher Kickstarter gesammelt, und das Projekt verdient einen Blick! Zumal es das System, auf dem es basiert, auch vom System Matters Verlag auf Deutsch gibt.
Wer wiederum ein Spielbuch finanzieren will, sollte einen Blick auf ROTATOR haben. Das Spielbuch aus der Ukraine bietet den ersten Teil einer Science Fantasy Geschichte. Wobei man es sowohl allein, als auch zu zweit spielen kann. Ich finde es verdient einen Blick und Unterstützung.
Daneben gibt es natürlich weitere interessante Projekte, wie das Eldritch Sands Setting für D&D 5E, die neonleuchtenden Hollow Dice zum selber Drucken, oder das Shelf File of Holding, um die wachsende Rollenspielsamlung in DCC Optik unterzubringen.
