I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #107, including every tabletop project started between 05/12 and 05/27.

After a small break and the fantastic Larp experience Club Babylon Schwarz, I had a small delay, yet present to you the collection in full.

Among the German projects you can see that ICONs RPG Assemble Edition and Savage Worlds Abenteuer Edition are receiving a translation if funded. Next to those the pre-order for Malmsturm – Länder des Sturms is started, it isn’t exactly a crowdfunding, yet imho as a original Fate setting and game it deserves a shoutout.
There are plenty English games as well. Like Dark Trails, which caught my eyes because of the cool sugar skull thumbnail design and essentially promises Deadlands with a DCC ruleset. ‚TWAS -The RPG before Christmas is a game based on the game book by the same game book. It does offer a rules light system and aims to enable players to delve into legends and fairy tales. Then there’s Gate Watch, a small, card-based, GM-less game in which players explore what lays behind the titular gate.
I am backing Dust Wardens, which is a Powered by the Apocalypse game, which explores queere communities on a road trip during the post-apocalypse. The fact that its offered in zine form makes it rather inexpensive. Then there’s Hearts of Wulin a PbtA games that offers Wuxia action. Then there is Harsh Generations which explores a fallen America with a mix of PbtA and Fate mechanics.
Among the Fantasy games I would like to highlight Pirates of Pugmire by Onyx Path. It offers cool pirate setting with dogs, and cats, and birds exploring the high seas. Then there’s the red box of Dungeons & Delvers offering classical and Heola: The Starborn offering low fantasy. If you like your fantasy to be dark & metal you might rather – or in addition – have a look at MÖRK BORG, DEATHROLL or Sideralia.
Next to those there are SF games, like Zoetrope. Zoetropes offers time traveling adventures that are fun, card based and rules-light. If you like to explore the edges of known space you might give the OSR, Black Hack game Golgotha a go. While if you are into retrofuture Cyberpunk and fitting 90s anime you should check out Hard Wired Island. Last but not least Vintage Space promises optimistics disco-era SciFi.
There are of course plenty more interesting, engaging, cool projects. A gamebook named Twisty Little Passages, exciting settings like Ultramodern for D&D 5E, dice projects like the nifty Dice of the Giants or the eatable Sweet Rolls, there are Gamer Pens, a Sunset to Sunrise Larp set in the World of Darkness and many, many more projects! Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #107 (Zeitraum: 12.05 bis 27.05).

Nach einer kleinen Pause und dem großartigen Club Babylon Schwarz Larp ein wenig später als normal.

Hierbei gibt es gleich zwei deutschsprachige Rollenspielprojekte. Mit der ICONs RPG Assemble Edition wird die aktuelle Fassung des Rollenspiel auf Deutsch übersetzt. Fans von Superhelden sollten einen Blick auf das Projekt des Beyond Infinity Verlag werfen. Auch wenn das Projekt nicht gerade reichillustriert ist, denke ich das es sich lohnt – und sie brauchen noch Unterstützung um die dt. RPG-Szene zu bereichern. Bei der Savage Worlds Abenteuer Edition ist die Finanzierung bereits sicher und ich bin dabei! Nachdem ich zuvor einen Ergänzungsband unterstützt habe, mit meinem Gesicht drin, mag ich es auch spielen können. Bisher war ich auch mit den Projekten von Ulisses sehr zufrieden.
Daneben ist die Vorbestellung für Malmsturm – Länder des Sturms gestartet. Es ist zwar kein Crowdfunding, dennoch mag ich auf diese besondere Autorenedition des orginär deutschen Fate-Spiel hinweisen.
Unter den 16 vollwertigen englischsprachigen Rollenspielen viel mir Dark Trails aufgrund des coolen Sugar Skull Thumbnail-Design auf. Das Spiel bietet ein Weird West Setting, welches an Deadlands erinnert, allerdings mit DCC-Regeln umgesetzt wurde, ich bin versucht. Mit ‚TWAS -The RPG before Christmas gibt es ein Rollenspiel das auf dem ähnlich benannten Spielbuch basiert. Mit diesem regelleichten RPG kann man verschiedene Legenden und Märchen besieplen. Gate Watch wiederum bietet ein kleines, kartenbasiertes, SL-loses Spiel. Der Ansatz über Tore zu verschiedenen schafft hierbei eine unerwartet große Vielfalt. Ich fühle mich durchaus angesprochen.
Mit Dust Wardens gibt es ein Powered by the Apocalypse Spiel, welches „queere“ Gemeinschaften in der Post-Apokalypse bei einem Roadtrip erforscht. Da es als Zine recht günstig ist, habe ich gleich zugeschlagen. Hearts of Wulin wiederum bietet Wuxia-Action mit PbtA. Harsh Generations zwar einen Fate einschlag, jedoch auch auf PbtA Mechaniken und erforscht ein kollabiertes Amerika.
Unter den Fantasy Spielen sticht für mich Pirates of Pugmire vor, ein Spiel mit dem man Hunde, Katzen und Vögel auf hoher See spielen kann. Wobei man sich sicher sein kann das Onyx Path liefert. Dungeons & Delvers bietet hingegen klassischere Fantasy und Heola: The Starborn eher low Fantasy. Wer seine Fantasy mehr Metal und lieber düster mag, sollte einen Blick auf MÖRK BORG, DEATHROLL oder Sideralia werfen.
Daneben gibt es auch eine Reihe Science Fiction RPG. Zoetrope bietet den Spielern kartenbasierten, regelleichten und schnellen Zeitreise Spaß. Golgotha beschäftigt sich hingegen damit die Grenzen des bekannten Lebensraum, des Weltraums zu erforschen und zu verschieben; wofür man sich regelseitig auf den Black Hack stützt. Wenn man wiederum „retrofuture“ Cyberpunk mag, im Stil von 90er Jahre Animes, sollte man einen Blick auf Hard Wired Island werfen. Mit Vintage Space wiederum kann man ein optimistisches SF-RPG im Stil der Disko-Zeit unterstützen.
Daneben gibt es wirklich viele, interessante weitere Projekte. Ein Spielbuch namens Twisty Little Passages, spannende Settings wie Ultramodern für D&D 5E, Würfel-Projekte wie die coolen Dice of the Giants oder die essbaren Sweet Rolls, es gibt Gamer Pens, ein Sunset to Sunrise Larp und vieles mehr, seht es euch selbst an:

I present to you the new Crowdfunding Collection #106, including every tabletop project started between 04/28 and 05/12.

As I had to fight, and am fighting, some health issue the collection got delayed a week, which is why it sport a big number of very cool projects with no fewer than 15 rpgs being funded.
The only game I backed though is A Cool and Lonely Courage, in the groups takes on the roles of women of the resistance in France during the war. Another rpg tackling history is Making History, which offers not one but three games with two set in the past. The games are short and concise, which I find interesting. I’m as well interested in Mud, Blood, & Glory, which is a game set in the Wild West, with seemingly more traditional mechanics, which I got starred too.
Another game that I got starred is Afterlife. Taking on the role of dead people trying to find out who they were in a surreal adventure sounds interesting. I do think that the approach of Facing the Titan which focus on the cost of the fight against Titans more than the tactic is interesting to. As is the Orpheus Protocol which offers a more traditional Urban Fantasy setting. Then there’s the Advanced: Pandemonium with a dystopian ScyFy fantasy Setting and the rather simple and fun S3RPG game. If you like science fiction you can look forward to the Traveller Fifth Edition, if you are more into Cyberpunk have a look at GeneFunk 2090 or if you’re more into SyFy take alook at Flotz. Fantasy enthusiast on the other hand can select from Five Torches Deep, Dimensions, Far Away Land and Escape from Orodor.
There are many more interesting project, like the Patreon of Eric Franklin for the Kicksnarker community, the Kingmaker project by Paizo on the GameOnTabletop platform, the Leather D20 Dice Bag Kit offering a do-it-yourself project for creating dice bags, a Dice Charger for lumicent dice, the LumaCast to literally luminate area of effects and many, many more:

Es gibt eine frische Crowdfunding Kurzübersicht #106 (Zeitraum: 28.04 bis 12.05).

Aufgrund gesundheitlicher Herausforderungen hat sich die Kurzübersicht eine Woche verspätet und bietet damit sehr viele coole Projekte.
Mit Conspire gibt es ein Rollenspiel auf Deutsch aus dem Pro Indie Verlag. Das Spiel hat Anleihen an Social Deduction Spiele (Werwölfe, Mafia) genommen und bietet ein System bei dem man weder unbedingt einen Spielleiter noch Würfel braucht. Ich finde es hat einen Blick verdient. Zumal der Verlag seinen ersten Kickstarter ordentlich erfüllt hat. Daneben gibt es mit Politopia ein interessantes interaktives Theater-Projekt.
Daneben gibt es nicht weniger als 15 englischsprachige Rollenspiele. A Cool and Lonely Courage ist das einzige Projekt das ich nicht nur gesternt habe, sondern unterstützte. Man übernimmt hierbei die Rolle von Frauen im französischen Widerstand während der Besetzung im zweiten Weltkrieg. Daneben bietet Making History gleich drei Rollenspiele, die jeweils auf eine Sitzung angelegt sind, von denen zwei ein historisches Setting haben und alle drei sind sehr spannend. Auch Mud, Blood, & Glory nimmt sich mit Western der Vergangenheit an, und sieht dabei recht vielversprechend aus.
Mit Afterlife kann man spielerisch das Leben nach dem Tod erkunden und in surrealen Abenteuern versuchen herauszufinden wer die eigene Figur war, was dafür sorgte das ich mir das Projekt vormerkte. Facing the Titan nimmt sich den Kampf gegen riesige Konstrukte an, wobei weniger die Taktik mit der man die Giganten fällt im Vordergrund steht, als das was die eigenen Charaktere dafür aufgeben. Das Orpheus Protocol wiederum bietet klassischere Urban Fantasy Action, das Advanced: Pandemonium ein dystopische Fantasy Setting mit traditioneller aussehenden System und S3RPG bietet ein einfacheres System mit humoristischen Setting. SF Fans können sich mit auf Traveller Fifth Edition freuen, einen Blick auf das Cyberpunk Spiel bzw. Setting GeneFunk 2090 werfen oder sich das im ScyFy verortete Flotz anschauen. Fantasy Fans wiederum haben mit Five Torches Deep, Dimensions, Far Away Land und Escape from Orodor eine breite Auswahl.
Es gibt sehr viele weitere interessante Projekte, wie bspw. den Patreon von Eric Franklin für die Kicksnarker Community, mit Paizos Kingmaker gibt es ein cooles, großes, englisches Projekt auf GameOnTabletop, das Leather D20 Dice Bag Kit um sich selbst einen Würfelbeutel zusammen zu zupfen, ein Dice Charger für Leucht-Würfel, das LumaCast als Hilfe für Area-Effekte auf Battlemaps und vieles mehr, schaut selbst:
